Ansal API Bliss Delight was one of the highly ambitious project by ANSAL API, which was offered for sale in 2015 vide UP REAR number : UPRERAPRJ4754 . However , on 9th July 2019 ,RERA revoked thier registration on the basis of customer complaints and delay in starting the project.

In December 2020, ANSAL API and LEVANA group of companies entered into an understanding and agreement to complete this project by relaunching this project again. As per the new arrangement LEVANA Group will takeover the whole project , repay all the Bank loans taken by ANSAL API, re-register the project at RERA and launch it as a fresh new project.

What about the existing customers of BLISS DELIGHT ?

All the existing flat owners of BLISS DELIGHT, who had left hope of getting their flat delivery or any due compensation or refund, will be glad to know that LEVANA GROUP has promised a new delivery timeline of 42 months from January 2021. So, as an existing buyer of BLISS DELIGHT, you can either opt out of the project and get your money back from LEVANA GROUP or you can provide your NOC to LEVANA GROUP to remain in the project.
