As you know , BLISS DELIGHT was one of the most prestigious project by ANSALS API due to its most strategic location - opposite HCL IT City and besides Lucknow Cancer Hospital. This was launched by ANSAL API around 4 years back under Exclusive Affordable Apartment Segment.
However , the project did not took off as per its deadline and timeline. Hence, in October 2018, then Chairman Rajiv Kumar, UP RERA issued a Show cause notice to ANSAL API on the basis of some serious allegations of mis-management, diversion of funds etc. In order to protect the interest of the Allottee(s) and to identify the ways and means to ensure the requisite fund flow for the completion of the projects, UP RERA took this stern step against ANSAL API.
As a part of rescue measure, LEVANA GROUP came forward with their funds commitment and project execution plan in December 2020, and finally taken over the project wef January 2021 ( RERA registration transfer process is under process). Director of the new developer, LEVANA GROUP , Mr R Agarwal says " BLISS DELIGHT was always the most favourite project of mine , even as a buyer. Imagine a 1000 Sqft affordable flat in close proximity of 18 hole Golf course, 1500 Seater Lucknow Cancer Hospital, almost fully operational HCL IT City, giant AMUL DIARY and one of the most famous Expressway which is connecting to KISAN PATH in few KMs. I know it is bad for people who waited for so long to get this project, but I am really excited to give it a fresh start"

What action is required by the existing allottees of BLISS DELIGHT ?
a. Provide a NOC to LEVANA GROUP and continue with their allotment
Under this option, you will get the fresh updated ledger from LEVANA GROUP and get the fresh CLP ( Construction Linked Plan) based demand notes. For example, say you have already paid Rs 8 Lacs i.e 26% of total cost to ANSAL API in Tower 4 , then your next call will only come once the construction will reach to the next stage . In such case LEVANA will not ask for any money from you, till when they reach the 26% payment level as per CLP Plan.
If you know your property agent who had sold you this apartment, then please contact them and get your NOC form and ask them to submit it to LEVANA GROUPS , before 30th March 2021

b. Provide an application to LEVANA GROUP for discontinuation and get refund of their paid amount
